1 year warranty starts from the original purchase date, if there are any manufacturer defects that occur, please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement. If the product is no longer available, we will provide similar product option for customer to choose. Please note that we do not cover normal wear and tear.




Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.


If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. If we have determined that the item is defective due to intentional misuse, your return will be denied.

Because we all know the sucky feeling of accidentally breaking things, if you accidentally break your beloved Forte products, don't fret! Send us a picture of the broken product along with the original receipt, and we'll hook you up with a discount code (up to 10% of the product value) to make up for your loss!




You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
